My daughter came with this fabric. "Mum, I want a dress from this!". It's a woven fabric with small white hearts and twirls on pink background. So we decided to go with one of our favourite patterns.
After being inspired from empire cut Hannahs in the gallery we decided to add a ribbon with white stars on blue background across the chest. This ribbon is covering elastics. Also, she insisted on contrasting white trim around the neckline and sleeves.
